You’ve told me there’s interest in having cakes in the cupboard, so I’m thinking of doing them once a month rather than every week.I’m looking at the first weekend of each month, but I want to get the timing right before I make anything.Would you rather have cakes available from the Monday, so you can pop by during the first few days of the week, or would you prefer them at the weekend?I’ll be making a small amount, so I want to choose a time that actually works for you. I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, but there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes!I’d been looking into getting a unit for the business, but it didn’t work out. I’d kept it quiet while I figured things out, and although it was disappointing, we’ve found another way to create more space by getting a bigger pantry set up at home.There are still a few jobs to finish, shelves to go up, electricity to sort and a fridge to move in. I’ll still be using my inside pantry too; this new one will be my bigger stock pantry. It’s all part of building things up for the business, and I’m excited to get it finished!In the meantime, things have been busy in the best way. I’m now supplying The Quirky Bird Cafe Penzance with all their cakes and cookies, I’m making cakes for the YMCA in penzance and still supplying the spar shop in Sennen, and you can still get cookies from outside, at my events, and now you can get my cookies from Lil's Chippy at the top of the road.Lots is happening, and I’m so grateful for all the support.
