I'm Kim,

a passionate baker with a love for creating cookies that feel as good as they taste.

I started this journey in 2024 alongside a business partner, and that early chapter played an important role in shaping what this has become today.

In the beginning, I was running the business alongside a full-time job, balancing both as I grew things from the ground up. In June 2025, I made the decision to take a leap and put everything into Let’s Get Stuffed, around the same time my business partner stepped away. Since then, it’s grown into something I now run independently, allowing me to fully develop my own ideas, flavours, and creative direction.

I enjoy experimenting with unique flavour combinations while still holding on to the comfort of classic favourites. For me, baking isn’t just about the end product-it’s about the whole experience. I put care into every batch, from getting the balance of flavours just right to achieving the perfect texture, so each cookie feels special.

While I lead the business, it’s very much a team effort. My family play a big part behind the scenes-helping to weigh and stuff cookies, load and unload the car, and even run stalls with me. It’s something we’ve built together, and that support means everything.

Along the way, I’ve also made some amazing friends who have supported me in ways I didn’t even realise I needed at the time. That sense of support and community has become a huge part of this journey.

You can now also buy my cookies online, but markets are still a huge part of the business. It’s not just about selling cookies-it’s about networking, meeting new people, making friends, and being part of a wider community. I’m constantly learning, gaining new ideas, and growing with every event.

I’m also really interested in design and presentation, and I like bringing that into how I share my work. Whether I’m developing new recipes or building my website, I approach it all with the same curiosity and attention to detail.

This has now become a way of life for us, and while everything is still made at home in my little kitchen, I hope that one day we can expand into a space dedicated entirely to Let’s Get Stuffed. This is our life now, and we’re excited to see it continue to grow bigger and better.
